1)MBAE is not a traditional education, so we need to challenge the established norms.

2)We can redefine a portion of the program for our goals and interests.

3) We need to take action to improve the program immediately.

4) This should take the form of supplementary, student-driven curriculum, and be integrated into (or outside of) each class as necessary and/or relevant

Ideas for different roles (please feel free to suggest/add more)

-community service / fundraiser director

-grad trip coordinator / wine country guide

-social media master

-resume wizard

-networking guru

-IT savant

-sport league commissioner

-alumni advocate

-program feedback facilitator

-presentation expert

for example: the presentation expert would create a system to solicit feedback and rate individual presentation abilities, in the interest of helping them improve and grow as professional presenters.

This system would follow the students throughout the remainder of the program, and be developed in such a way to build on each successive presentation in order to provide the most comprehensive feedback possible.
