Pitch: Graduation Trip (May or June 2012)
There had been discussions about our Cohort taking a trip right after graduation in May 2012, and I would like to open the floor for ideas of where to go and what to do. A Mediterranean Cruise had been mentioned, as well as a few other places.
If we can get a list going of ideas, then I'd like to assemble a travel team to research the possibilities and costs. I figure we start tossing around ideas now up until December, then right after New Years have place in mind that we can start the reservation process and putting money down.
Along with planning where, please indicate your best time frame for the trip. It seems the best time to do this will be right after graduation in mid to the last week in May. And should we go for a long weekend? …a week? … two weeks?
There are a lot details to think about, but I'm willing to work them out so long as the group wants to take and adventure.

ReplyDeleteI had an idea to spend a few nights in Paris before heading to the Chateau.. never been, would love to experience that city. I figure more people will fly to Paris, so if there's a group that likes the idea of hanging out in Paris for a few days before heading to the chateau in Angers we can take the high-speed train or rent a car, van or mini-bus depending on the group size!
